sleeping alone is lame and i dont mean like its lame because you dont get to see any ACTION but its nice to share a bed with someone even if you never come in contact because you can hear them breathing and feel the little adjustments they make throughout the night and sometimes when you wake up in the middle of the night you can just kind of look at them until you fall back to sleep and know that they’ll probably do the same with you
to me, there’s a scary intimacy that comes with sleeping with someone. it’s scary because it’s dangerous in the way that you are waking up to someone and knowing you were together during your most vulnerable and innocent hours of the day/night together. you trusted each other enough to become virtually defenseless to one another. and waking up and realizing that almost always makes me grow to love the person that i slept with overnight.

It’s what you make of it. I’d say it’s different for every person, but I believe it can also be different between every two people that do it. Sometimes between two people it only means something physical. With someone else it can mean a mental connection along with the physical. It always depends. Each case is different to each individual.
